Flats at ul. Mała 1, Warsaw – superstructure of a historic building and renovation and reconstruction of an outhouse. Implementation period 2015–2016.
About the project: a residential building located in the new part of Warsaw’s North Praga district. The historic buildings at ul. Mała included small-town architecture with up to three storeys. The historic building located at ul. Mała 1 (dated 1880) was originally built for Teodor Kozłowski. We carried out a comprehensive revitalisation of the building with its superstructure, and so created exceptionally beautiful 24 residential units and 2 commercial units.
