About the project: the complex of residential buildings located at ul. Ząbkowska 5 in Warsaw’s North Praga district is a housing estate with historical roots dating back to the 19th century. After construction, renovation and modernisation, 51 unique flats and 4 commercial units have been created, which aesthetically combine the past with the present.
